# 403 Forbidden Error When I try to Open the Staging Site to Edit It. Maybe My IP's blocked because I am from Pakistan and my client's based in Vancouver

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing a site. Generally a 403 Forbidden does mean a rule is in place to prevent access, though we don’t know if it is GeoIP-based or some other security rule.
