# Cannot open DevKinsta after installation

I have checked the specs on my iMac, and the program installed. But, when I try to open and run the program, the error msg is: Couldn’t install docker.
I went through the knowledgebase, looking to see what it might be.
- running the following command in a terminal:
`sysctl kern.hv_support`
If your Mac supports the Hypervisor framework, the command prints `kern.hv_support: 1`
This is what I get from my terminal. However, my OS is version 10.11.6. It is older so I cannot upgrade the OS. Why would it show the command print `kern.hv_support: 1` if it is not supported?
