# Can't start Dev Kinsta

DevKinsta, Doesn’t start,  
Stuck at the following section:

I have already attempted to stop the containers:  
docker kill devkinsta\_fpm && docker kill devkinsta\_nginx && docker kill devkinsta\_adminer && docker kill devkinsta\_db && docker kill devkinsta\_mailhog

I have also done a prune as well as uninstalling Docker + DevKinsta and Reinstalling

Current time zone is UTC+2 time this happend is from 12:00 till current

**A: Newest Version downloaded from [DevKinsta – Your Free Local WordPress Development Suite](https://kinsta.com/devkinsta/)**

**Q: OS Version**  
**A: Win 10 Pro**

**Q: Docker Desktop Version**  
**A: 4.28.0**

**Q: Were any error codes or messages observed? If so, what were they?**  
\*\*A: DK0009 (As in image) and Error response from daemon: Cannot kill container: devkinsta\_mailhog: container c76377cacfba935bd29abc9e4376a3d867afa706691a18a1673850284839e09f is not running \*\*

I managed to get it running by changing my allocated IP, I believe it might have been a local network issue.
