# Database Connection Errors When Deploying from Local DevKinsta

Hi

I’m getting a ‘Database Connection Error’ when I try to deploy my local WordPress site (from DevKinsta) to Kinsta’s hosting environment. I’ve tried checking the wp-config.php settings, but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Anyone encountered this issue before? How did you solve it?
