I am sorry to hear that you’re having such an issue. Can you please confirm whether you’re seeing"`#DK0029 - Can’t create MySQL dump`" only when trying to pull a site from Kinsta, or if it also fails when creating a fresh WordPress site within the DevKinsta app?
Also, so we can take a closer look. Could you please share us the DevKinsta main.log file. For Ubuntu OS, it is usually located at:
`/home//.config/DevKinsta/logs`

The MySQL dump is failing due to deprecated errors.

Seems you’re using a old DevKinsta version “DevKinsta-Next-1.0.3.deb”. Can you please check what the DevKinsta version is showing in this section? If it’s running on an old version, I suggest updating the app to the latest available version.

Yes, we are using the DevKinsta-Next-1.0.3.deb version which we get via mail (Ref. SS) and if try to download from site - we are getting the attached issue.

Weird, I am not getting that error when I tried to download the latest DevKinsta for Ubuntu using my Windows and Ubuntu Machine. Anyway, I uploaded the latest DevKinsta .deb file for Ubuntu to this Google Drive. Can you try to use it?

Hey @Adrian_L Thanks for helping out on DevKInsta executable file. It worked and setup is completed, able to import the existing site from DevKInsta. Have faced some configuration issue while doing setup, those are relate to local infra and resolved using AI.
