I installed Devkinsta. I installed Docker. I solved the problem by giving everyone the missing Windows permissions. I installed via code using CMD. I made changes to the BIOS. I uninstalled Docker to install an older version because I was having problems. It works. I start downloading the site and get an error. I uninstalled Docker. I uninstalled Devkinsta to install it again. I installed Docker with Hyper-V and now when I try to install Devkinsta it tells me that “The administrator is blocking me” when I am the administrator.

Hi @abugardiseno2_abugar Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble reinstalling DevKinsta. To help us look into this further, could you please send us the following details, along with your `main.log` file via DM?

**Machine OS version:**
**DevKinsta version:**
**Docker Desktop version:**

You can obtain main.log as explained [here](https://kinsta.com/docs/devkinsta/devkinsta-troubleshooting/error-codes/#viewing-the-application-log-file) .
Also, are you able to run Docker and DevKinsta as an administrator?

In the meantime, please try some of the steps shared in this guide:
[An Administrator Has Blocked You From Running This App – How to Fix on a Windows 10 PC](https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/an-administrator-has-blocked-you-from-running-this-app-how-to-fix-on-a-windows-10-pc/#:~:text=If%20you%20get%20the%20%22An,below%20will%20help%20disable%20it)
This may help resolve the installation block you’re seeing. We will wait for your update.

Thank you.
