Hi @Stuart ! 👋 Welcome to the Kinsta Community.

Can you please check and make sure that Docker is added to the system PATH environment variable?

You’ll need to add these two paths:

```auto
C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\bin
C:\ProgramData\DockerDesktop\version-bin
```

The way to add it to the system environment variables is:

1. Press the `Windows` key or click on the Start Menu
2. Type `env`, and the search should show a menu item called `Edit the system environment variables`; open that window
3. In that window near the bottom, click the button labeled `Environment variables`
4. In the lower box called `System variables`, select `Path` and click `Edit`.
5. Click `New` to add a new path, to add both of the paths listed above
6. Select `OK` to save the setting.

And then please try to launch DevKinsta again.
