Hello @jackel716 👋 Welcome to Kinsta Community! Unfortunately, we’ve seen this happen on occasion and so far we haven’t been able to identify the root cause since it seems to vary between users. The issue is that somehow the password of the user ‘root’ and the password set in devkinsta\_db container are out of sync.
