I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty with importing your site. I understand the importance of resolving this issue as soon as possible!
After reviewing the log information you shared it appears that during the import process there is an issue with the database credentials being used. It may be possible that the root user credentials are out of sync. I would recommend to please try following the instructions in the link below to get the credentials back in sync:
