Hi everyone,

I’m running a WordPress site on Kinsta and I’m having an issue with an embedded script. It works fine when I test it locally, but on the live site it sometimes fails to load or shows errors in the console.

I’ve already tried clearing the cache, disabling some plugins, and testing in different browsers, but the problem still happens randomly.

Has anyone experienced something similar with external scripts on Kinsta?

Any tips on what to check (caching, CDN, or server settings)?

It’s possible that there’s some security plugin, or firewall rule present, but I would only be guessing at this point.

I would advise opening a chat with our Support team via Mykinsta.

It’s best if an engineer discusses this with you directly to estimate what’s causing issues with the embedded script.
