Hi @snow Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community! Could you please send us the full DevKinsta’s **main.log** file via private message so we can take a closer look? You can get the main.log file by clicking on the “Reveal log file in File Manager” under the Help and Support page in DevKinsta.
