Hello,

I use DevKinsta regularly, and one of my clients’ website will not pull locally.

The error is: “Something bad happened”.

All my other sites are pulling fine.

Kindly assist.

Do You have by any chance WPML installed on that site?
It seems that from some recent version `wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/wpml/wpml/src`contains folders `Rest` and `REST` which my pull can’t handle because of case sensitivity differences.

Had to rsync it from the server myself and dump&replace the DB.

No, it does not contain the plugin WPML

Hi @natasha_nightshift

I reviewed your main.log file and noticed the following rsync error. The site you’re trying to pull that failed seems to have a folder permission issue on the /public/.well-known directory. You can review the folder permissions or contact our support team to reset them.

Let me know how it goes!
