How to Transfer Ownership from a Former Employee's Account?

Hi, I’m Namrata Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland admin of our company’s account. The current owner left the company years ago and can’t log in. Since ownership transfers require action from the current owner, I’m unable to proceed. Is there an alternative way to transfer ownership and remove their account? I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this.

The ownership disputes are handled by our Billing team who will do a verification steps with you required to prove the ownership.

Please email support@kinsta.com and request to be transferred to Billing team and present the reasons as you did here.
