# Issue setting up pulling site. using dev kinsta

I completely reset my computer back to factory. Its an intel based macbook pro. I re installed devkinsta and docker. Now when I try to install a new website or pull one down from Kinsta I get the following.

OS: Sonoma 14.3

So I guess if that happens. Remove all containers and volumes from Docker. Then have DevKinsta set them up again. Now it seems to be working

Hi 👋

We are pleased to learn that the issue has been resolved. In situations such as these, it is indeed advisable to eliminate all containers and volumes from Docker. Further information on this topic is available in the following post.
