# Kinsta WordPress Plugin - Cache Feature Suggestion

I currently manage over 60 WordPress sites hosted on the Kinsta platform. I would like to make two feature requests for the Kinsta plugin with regard to caching, which would make managing sites much simpler.
1. I would like the ability to manage which URLs are not cached myself without having to go through support.
2. Very often when working on sites and updating a page or post, the change does not appear on the front end right away. I can typically use a cache buster URL or log into the dashboard and clear all caches, although this is a pain and I do not like having to clear the entire site cache on a 4,000-page website for a single page update. It would be great if there could be a “Clear this page from all caches” button in the right column while editing a page that clears all caches immediately, no 5-minute delay.
BTW, I really appreciate the new features Kinsta has been adding to the dashboard. The new Bot protection option, as well as the file manager, have both been extremely helpful.

1. We already have a feature request for this however, there’s no actual ETA I’m afraid. But we hope to see it happen in the future.
2. When posting new content or edit existing ones, Kinsta cache is autopurged from that post, archive pages and home page. Please check if you have autopurge enabled:

Hi Vladimir, thanks for the response. Great to hear about #1. Having this would be very beneficial.
Regarding #2, we do have autopurge enabled. The issue we run into is that when you are editing in a production environment. I would say less than 10% of the time does the cache clear quickly enough where this feature is beneficial. We often have to go back and forth from front-end to backend, tweaking layouts. Virtually never do changes show up in a timely fashion. BTW, this is with browser caching disabled. We have found that using the clear cache in the dashboard or using a cache buster URL works much better, although these are a bit of a pain to use, and these fixes aren’t something most clients can manage. I would say dealing with an outdated cache is one of our biggest daily struggles.
