# New Site doesn't create correctly

Hello there 👋

The ‘root’ is for main database user, therefore, you should use root when taking the steps outlined here: [Error: Something bad happened - when trying to import site from myKinsta - #15 by VladimirM](https://community.kinsta.com/t/error-something-bad-happened-when-trying-to-import-site-from-mykinsta/5661/15)

Sometimes it takes a few times to get it right, it’s not a straightforward manual, I know, but please try taking it once again from the top.
