# New Site 'Something Bad Happened' errors

Having issues with a site on DevKinsta starting the site up.
Fresh install of devkinsta and was able to spin up another site on our account, just this site throwing errors.
Site is ‘blackwood’ and attached is the error log.
Not sure if it’s related to this error from my log::

To better assist you, can you please send me via direct message the Kinsta domain from which you’re trying to push/pull the DevKinsta local site?
This issue might be similar to this case.

Thank you for sending the domain details through direct message. It seems that the issue is a broken symlink on the source Kinsta account, which is preventing you from pushing or pulling the local site. I have shared the specifics of the broken symlink in our private message. Once the broken symlink has been removed, please attempt the Pull/Push action again using DevKinsta.
