# Site deletion failed

Trying to delete a DevKinsta site and it is stuck on 33% so now I can neither open it nor delete it. The error message says DK0073 Could not restart NGINX service. The retry option does nothing. How do I complete the deletion?

Hi @HaloKitty Welcome to the Kinsta Community!

If you haven’t already, I recommend closing the Devkinsta app and quitting Docker Desktop completely. Once you’ve done that, try relaunching Devkinsta and see if you can delete the site again. I hope this helps!
