# Stuck at DB dump when pulling from Kinsta

Hello @Chin_Soon_Yeo

From the screenshot you sent, actually it was not stuck at DB dump (it has a “green tick/check-mark” for that process: ✅ “Creating DB dump” ).

As I could see from the main.log you shared, the error is the same as I mentioned before in your other thread/post. I noticed the following in your Staging site’s folder (broken symlink paths):

I also checked your MyKinsta activity log and noticed that on Nov 11, you restored the “_Live’s manual backup (Private Beta Test)_” from **2023-11-11 00:41 UTC** to that Staging site - so I suspect, in your Live’s manual backup there are broken symlinks above.

You may want to login to your Staging site via SSH or SFTP, and please be sure to remove those broken symlink paths (inside that subfolder: `~/public/wp-content/uploads/bb-platform-previews/b9014e776e469ca6dae702955bf32e95/` )

Note:  
I also checked in your Live site and noticed the same broken symlinks for those same sub-folders - feel free to remove them as well on your Live Site.
