# When trying to add a site from Kinsta - remote site download gets stuck at 0%

**A:** Nov 7th, 4:30 pm

**Q: DevKinsta Version**  
\*\*A:\*\*2.3.0

**Q: OS Version**  
\*\*A:\*\*12.0.1

**Q: Docker Desktop Version**  
\*\*A:\*\*newest version?

**Q: Were any error codes or messages observed? If so, what were they?**  
\*\*A:\*\*i was getting dk0020 when trying to install a site from kinsta but then restarted my computer. Am now not getting errors but stalling at 0% when downloading remote site.

**Q: Detailed Description of the Problem**  
\*\*A:\*\*Now am getting dk0025 after half an hour of stalling at 0%

Would you happen to have any firewall type protections enabled on the MacOS? If nothing comes to mind, would you be able to send me your /Users/{yourUserName}/Library/Logs/DevKinsta/main.log file privately via direct message on here?
