# Windows 10: DK0033 error while creating a site

We’re working on a fix for this. Here’s a workaround to resolve this for the time being:

1. Stop DevKinsta
2. Delete devkinsta\_db container: `docker rm devkinsta_db`
3. Delete db volume: `docker volume rm devkinsta_db_data`
4. Restart DevKinsta
