yes that is correct. If you look further up you will see the sites I have active in devkinsta and the hosts file is there also. You will see sites that are not in the list

Given that this is a non-standard issue that we are not able to replicate, hopefully that and other listed problems would be resolved with a complete reinstall. Apart from the site list, there isn’t a configuration file that I can think of where site .local domains are stored/cached so they would reappear on their own in hosts file.
Please do the following:
- uninstall DevKinsta and Docker (in that other) completely (make backups if needed)
- remove all DevKinsta entries from your host file
- reinstall DevKinsta
Check if the old .local domains are reappearing in the hosts file.
