How do I display emails in html format?
When i open an email I see the html option greyed out and only Plain Text and Raw will show the email.
Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?

Hi @alanj, I’ve wondered about this myself. I’m going to keep bugging our developers until I can get an answer for you. Will keep you updated.

Hi @alanj, I reproduced this and verified it as a bug with our dev team. We now have a ticket to get this fixed.
What’s odd is that they initially used Mail Poet to test this and that leads to the HTML option working. However if you test html email with any other plugin it doesn’t work.

Interesting issue — I’ve also seen cases where the HTML view stayed disabled even though the email should contain HTML. Seems like not all plugins generate a proper HTML version
