Devkinsta does not work after laptop reset

Q: OS Version
A: MAC Ventura 13.3.1

Q: Docker Desktop Version
A: 4.19.0 (106363).

Q: Were any error codes or messages observed? If so, what were they?
A: None

Q: Detailed Description of the Problem
A: I reset my Macbook Air and started everything from scratch. I downloaded my apps instead of using my backup/Time Machine to reinstall previous data including DevKinsta and Docker. I am unable to run DevKinsta as I am stuck on the launch page. Clicking “Retry” does not do anything.

I am not a professional developer so I am sorry if I cannot be technical with my explanation.

When you open Docker Desktop, do you see this in the Settings?

If not, then please set that and quit DevKinsta (fully), start Docker Desktop (and “reset to factory” if the popup comes up), then start DevKinsta and see if it proceeds past that.
