I was able to fix this by reference to this post: Issues with installation.
- Reinstalled DevKinsta and Docker (not sure that this step was actually necessary)
- Checked the logs on the devkinsta_nginx container and found reference to
cannot load certificate - Deleted the nginx_sites files for the sites with the missing certificates
This solved the issue.
