We are replacing the site in kinsta with new one. we want old site to be hosted on devkinsta. Will the old site still runs after its purged in the kinsta hosting?

You can import a downloadable backup made in Kinsta inside DevKinsta by creating a new site in DevKinsta, selecting Custom site and then choosing the tab Import backup.
Once you fill in all the required fields and complete the import, the site will be running locally even if you have removed/replaced the site in Kinsta.
