Will the future hold a premium DevKinsta tier?

Dear Kinsta,

I’d love to know - will you be releasing a premium tier for DevKinsta anytime soon? I enjoy using DevKinsta, but when issues crop up I simply don’t have the time to wait for a community response, getting guaranteed help within x time would definitely be worth $x/mo to me.

I did look around to try find a roadmap, but couldn’t find one. Would be cool to know what’s coming on the platform, too.

Unfortunately, a premium tier for DevKinsta isn’t something to expect from the development pipeline at this time. We understand that the response times in the community forum can vary and that this may be a significant drawback for some users. I think that this would be a great inclusion at some point in the future though!

If you have ideas on how we can improve DevKinsta, you can submit them as Feature Requests :slightly_smiling_face:

Currently, we do not have a publicly available roadmap for DevKinsta, though you can keep an eye on the Updates section for new releases.
