If I understand correctly, this is in regards to a site hosted on Kinsta servers, not hosted locally with DevKinsta. As such, you are entitled to receive a real-time support from our Support agents.

If this is in regards to DevKinsta, please provide us with the main.log file from DevKinsta hear in the thread (we will remove it from public access after download) and the version of DevKinsta, Docker and operating system you are using.
