Kinsta plugin updating not current with wp site?

I have updated my theme and plugins using wp admin panel and 3 days later, Kinsta is still showing the outdated versions as being installed? I have cleared all caches both via Kinsta and WP multiple times and have waited days, it still is not accurately reflecting the plugin versions? OR is it reflecting that the plugin is actually not updating and Kinsta is correct?

The staging web site located on the same server (I think) displays the correct plugin update. This website is exactly the same as the ‘live’ site. I use it to do update first before going to the live site.
