403 Forbidden Error When I try to Open the Staging Site to Edit It. Maybe My IP's blocked because I am from Pakistan and my client's based in Vancouver

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing a site. Generally a 403 Forbidden does mean a rule is in place to prevent access, though we don’t know if it is GeoIP-based or some other security rule.

Unfortunately the only way we can assist is if you have access to MyKinsta, and you can contact our support team, or if you can have the account owner or admin contact us directly: Support - Contact Support - Kinsta® Docs

If you contact us directly, we should be able to help you gain access to any site you’re permitted to view.
