Darshan Hiranandani : How Can I Transfer Ownership From a User Who Is No Longer Employed?

Hi,

I’m Darshan Hiranandani, an admin for our company’s account, but I’ve noticed that the current owner is someone who left the company a few years ago. According to the online help, ownership can only be transferred from the current owner to an admin, but the issue is that the former owner can no longer log in.

Is there any other way to transfer ownership and remove their account from the system? Any guidance would be really helpful!

This is not a straightforward process. We have many Policy and Security checks to do in this case.

The best way forward is to contact our Support team via chat in Mykinsta and choose to be transferred to our Billing team, as they handle ownership disputes.
