I checked the link you shared and saw warnings for an open_basedir restriction due to an incorrect path for /blocks/dev_resources_block/dev_resources_block.php, and don’t believe this is related to the DK0066 error.
A DK0066 error usually means that DevKinsta was unable to import the local database dump into your MyKinsta site’s database:
I suspect there’s an issue somewhere in the database itself.
