DockerDesktop, Containers, Images and Devkinsta all seem to be installed properly as per documented instructions. I’ve tried the ‘Retry” button, uninstalling/reinstalling both Kinsta and Docker after clearing previously loaded files) apps, resetting local password, flushing the DNS cache, etc. I’ve. tried everything except changing my DNS settings. Any thoughts to overcome this issue. Thank you

Hello @jackel716 :waving_hand: Welcome to Kinsta Community!

Unfortunately, we’ve seen this happen on occasion and so far we haven’t been able to identify the root cause since it seems to vary between users.

The issue is that somehow the password of the user ‘root’ and the password set in devkinsta_db container are out of sync. There are no simple solutions to this, but please try the steps from this post:

If you need clarifications please let me know. Once you try these steps, test again and let me know if that works.

Kind regards :waving_hand:
