**A:**After numerous attempts to import from Kinsta and Create New WordPress site after the NGINX install DevKinsta reports “Something Bad Happened”.
Within Docker’s MariaDB log file is see the following:
[2025-11-17 13:42:06.916] [error] [ipcMainStep] Error in operation SITE_CREATION, step database: Error: Error (1): UERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user ‘root’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)
DockerDesktop, Containers, Images and Devkinsta all seem to be installed properly as per documented instructions. I’ve tried the ‘Retry” button, uninstalling/reinstalling both Kinsta and Docker after clearing previously loaded files) apps, resetting local password, flushing the DNS cache, etc. I’ve. tried everything except changing my DNS settings. Any thoughts to overcome this issue. Thank you
