Second Site created breaks when created

A: Error: W[31;1mError:[0m Strange wp-config.php file: wp-settings.php is not loaded directly.

Q: Detailed Description of the Problem
**A: I wanted to flag that this happened when pulling down the site a second time. it dumps a bunch of links into the wp-config.php file instead of setting the wp-config correctly. **

The reported issue appears to be resolved after disabling security plugins and removing custom PHP code from the wp-config.php file, before re-cloning to DevKinsta.
