Something bad happened when importing from Kinsta

@VladimirM - Absolutely - go for it :+1:

Thanks.

Alright, I’ll need a bit of time, I’ll let you know once I’m done testing :folded_hands:

Hello @Richardtidmarsh :waving_hand:

I wasn’t able to replicate the issue. I created a downloadable backup, created a test site, pulled it from Mykinsta to DevKinsta, it did take a really long time to pull, but no errors were reported.

My shift is over soon, so I’ll have to leave this for my colleagues to check if they can spot why is RSync failing on your end (@jackirish ).

Kind regards!

Hi Kinsta Support.

Shall we give up on this one? No worries if we need to as I always have good old MAMP to fall back on - just checking in.

Thanks.

@Richardtidmarsh Thanks for writing back :waving_hand:

I’m afraid to say I haven’t got any news since I’m not able to replicate the issue. The site takes a long while but I can pull it without error, therefore, I haven’t uncovered anything of value to resolve this issue.

We can test in the coming days, but if you need local environment, it might be preferable to go with MAMP for now, for this site.

Kind regards!

Yes, all good, will do. Thanks @VladimirM

I’m happy to just close this now, don’t spend any more time on it - I really appreciate all the help on it anyway :+1:
