I went to open my website today and noticed I couldn’t connect to it. I’ve tried different browsers and devices, checked MyKinsta dashboard to see if there were any errors, and redeployed, but I’m still not sure why this is happening. I am sure it was working when I last deployed (and more recently than that), and I have not changed any settings in MyKinsta or my domain registrar. How can I troubleshoot what is going on here?

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your site. I’ve checked on my end, and everything appears to be up and running. I also didn’t find any problems with it at the moment.
Are you still having trouble accessing your site? If so, could you check whether your firewall, VPN, or ISP might be blocking the connection? You can also try switching to a different network to see if that helps resolve the issue.

Thank you for the reply Merineth. After trying out the site on a different network, I can confirm it is working! Apologies for the inconvenience, but very odd that it continues to be unavailable on my home network. I have since found a couple other small sites that also fail to resolve, so I guess I’ll have some troubleshooting to do with my ISP.
