I am trying to add a custom domain to a static site. I have added the TXT and CNAME records. The domain is at cloudflare. The validation panel has already given me the CNAME values to point the domain, but it has not validated the _acme-challenge CNAME.
Of course just as I post this the validation goes through.

Iām glad to hear validation went through; that process does depend on DNS propagation so it can take some time, and then once DNS propagation reaches the validation server, we have to check and generate the appropriate networking records on our infrastructure, which usually takes an additional 5-15 minutes. A tool like https://dnschecker.org/ can be helpful for checking propagation in a general sense during that time, but if you have any other questions, please let us know!
