I installed Devkinsta. I installed Docker. I solved the problem by giving everyone the missing Windows permissions. I installed via code using CMD. I made changes to the BIOS. I uninstalled Docker to install an older version because I was having problems. It works. I start downloading the site and get an error. I uninstalled Docker. I uninstalled Devkinsta to install it again. I installed Docker with Hyper-V and now when I try to install Devkinsta it tells me that “The administrator is blocking me” when I am the administrator.
