Hitting overage limit due to spam attack - anything we can do?

We are getting a huge uptick in visits to our website and a lot of spammy contact forms. This has taken us into overage and we are being charged but they are not legit visits. What can we do?

I’d recommend contacting our support team via chat in this instance. We can review the site and make recommendations for blocking bots, reviewing IP addresses, and even providing some more aggressive DDoS-protection elements if necessary. Much of that information is sensitive to the site or sites in question, so it’s best answered in a direct conversation with one of our engineers.
