I’m configuring domain names for two static sites and both domains after verification give the setup issue where an existing DNS zone at Cloudflare was detected. Looking for more information.
Surprised that both domains may have been previously used with Cloudflare.

I understand that you are trying to configure domain names for two of your static sites. However, when attempting to add the domains you are being notified that they are currently associated with Cloudflare’s DNS service. I can see however to your understanding you haven’t previously associated these domains with a Cloudflare account.
We would be more than happy to further investigate and see what could be causing this. Could you please direct/private message me the domain names so we may locate them on our backend? This will allow us to see how else the domain’s are associated with Cloudflare already, and evaluate what solutions are available.
