I’ve got an email from Kinsta about 4 months of Free Managed WordPress Hosting Offer. But, I couldn’t find the deal on my dashboard. Can you please add it to my upgrade option?

About that 4 Months off of Managed WordPress Hosting, it’s only available for new customers that sign up for annual plans (until November 30, 2023) as shown on our site’s page here .
So if you’re a new customer, then you should be able to sign up from that site’s page (and choose any plan you want and sign up for annual billing period).
In case you have already signed up any have questions related to billing/payment related issue, you can open a ticket/chat from your MyKinsta control panel (and choose the option “I have a billing or invoice question”).
