We’ve released version 2.0.1 of DevKinsta!
- Docker download and installation has been removed from the startup steps
- Clicking the exit button does not stop the application, but minimizes itself to the taskbar
While our developers are investigating, if you need immediate access to your DevKinsta sites, you can download the previous version of DevKinsta here:
Please note that you will want to disable auto-updates and do not restart DevKinsta if it has indicated that 2.0 has been downloaded.
Once we have a fix up for the 2.0 release, I’ll follow up in this thread.
We have implemented a fix in v2.0.1.
If you’ve downloaded v2.0.0, users will need to manually re-install the new version. You can download DevKinsta here for your operating system.
Windows Users: Users who installed DevKinsta without administrator privileges must backup the following file:
To be safe, you may want to backup the entire DevKinsta directory on all operating systems. The
config.json is specifically important file to keep on hand.
