One install is not downloading, and is giving the error DK0012 on multiple machines, even though these machines are able to download other environments easily. No errors in the log on Kinsta, and the PHP workers were not maxed out.

In order to help you further investigate the error related to DK0012, could you please send me the main.log file of your DevKinsta via private message?
Depending on your operating system, you can find the main.log file at the following locations:
Windows:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\DevKinsta\logs
Mac:
/Users/<yourusername>/Library/Logs/DevKinsta
Linux:
~/.config/DevKinsta/logs on Ubuntu
