Hi everyone!
Trying to import a site from kinsta and I get the “Something bad happened“ error. When checking the logs I see this “Access denied for user ‘root’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)“.
Tried all suggestions, including uninstalling, re-installing, restarting laptop, everything still same error appears every time.
I am on mac m4, any suggestion on what can I do is more than welcome.

Please also send us the DevKinsta’s main.log file via private message. You can get the main.log file by clicking on the “Reveal log file in File Manager” under the Help and Support page in DevKinsta.
Also, can you please try the alternative fix outlined in the link below?
