Can't Load Site Locally

I’m loading a new site locally and keep receiving the error “Something bad happened”

Hi @natasha_nightshift ! :waving_hand: Are you able to provide the main.log file from DevKinsta for the device in question? Troubleshooting - Error Codes - Kinsta® Docs

Just flipped you the main.log file. Appreciate your support.

Hi @natasha_nightshift , thank you for providing the log file!

I went digging through, and I’m seeing some broken symlinks on the original site, that DevKinsta isn’t able to recreate because those paths don’t exist in the filesystem. This appears to be causing the site creation in DevKinsta to be failing:

Error: symlink has no referent: “/www/sitename/public/homedir/.cpanel/ea-php-cli/public_html/.ea-php-cli.cache”

Error while downloading files Error: Encountered an error in child process 17436: 23. rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1861) [generator=3.2.7]

If you’d like, I can take a look through the site to find any other broken symlinks, and then potentially reset permissions on the files inside the site to try and resolve this. Is that okay?

Hello! Yes that is okay. Please let me know how I can grant you access. (Email address)

Hello @natasha_nightshift :waving_hand: That’s the only broken symlink we’ve found and fixed. Can you please try pulling the site again?
