DevKinsta - Windows - "Downloading remote site" - "Something bad happened"

New DevKinsta install on Windows 11. All seems to be OK with the installation, except when I try to do a Sync - pulling from the Live site.
Messages I get are:

  • Pull changes from Kinsta
  • :white_check_mark:Creating site backup
  • :white_check_mark:Connecting to remote environment
  • :white_check_mark:Creating DB Dump
  • Downloading remote site - 658MiB / 5.39GB
  • :small_red_triangle:Something bad happened Retry

I’ve tried the Retry option twice, and it seems to fail at the same point each time :frowning:

Hi @iainhack

Welcome to the Kinsta Community!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with pulling a site through the DevKinsta app. If you haven’t tried yet, please fully close both the DevKinsta app and Docker Desktop, then relaunch the DevKinsta app and attempt the Pull Site action again. If the problem persists, please send me the main.log file from DevKinsta via direct message so we can further investigate the cause of the import failure. You can find the main.log file by clicking “Reveal log file in File Manager” under the Help and Support page. (See screenshot.)

Please also provide the additional information:
