Issues with ssh connection

SSH connection refused (TCP-level, before handshake) on deppesdev / deppes.dev environment, port 48785, host 163.192.51.91. My IP is on the allowlist. Site itself serves HTTP/HTTPS normally. SSH works fine on other sites in my account. Already tried disabling/re-enabling the SFTP/SSH user — no change.g

Seems to work just fine when i ssh to other sites just this one somehow broke itself recently.

Hi @deppes, welcome to the Kinsta Community.

I checked this for you. An “SSH connection refused” error usually means the connection is being blocked at the network level. This can be caused by incorrect connection details, an IP allowlist issue, or a local network restriction.

I was able to connect to the deppesdev environment successfully, so the SSH service appears to be working.

Please reach out to us through live chat in MyKinsta or email support@kinsta.com so we can help you further and troubleshoot the issue with you in real time.

Thank you!
