The ârootâ is for main database user, therefore, you should use root when taking the steps outlined here: Error: Something bad happened - when trying to import site from myKinsta - #15 by VladimirM
Sometimes it takes a few times to get it right, itâs not a straightforward manual, I know, but please try taking it once again from the top.
